It’s hard to believe but this ADU in the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood used to be a pool house with an indoor pool. The entire structure is now much more functional as an ADU equipped with everything you need.
design features
The bottom floor features an open living plan with kitchenette opposite large french doors that expand the living space outside. Space saving features like the ductless units as well as clever design like the closet enclosing the water heater optimize the square footage while emphasizing the feeling of spaciousness.
local design features
Our clients wanted to add color so what better way to do it than this gorgeous custom tile from our local manufacturers at Clayhaus. The Clayhaus tile creates major impact in the kitchen and continuity throughout the space with the same tile in a softer palette introduced in the bath. Every design decision was critical in helping to create this transformative remodel.
