We helped our clients transform their basement into a luxurious mother in law suite for this remodel in the Palisades neighborhood of Lake Oswego. Our client knew exactly what she wanted down to the furniture, so we were able to customize the basement to fit her exact needs.
design features
We designed a suite that feels like a luxurious hotel room. The space serves many functions but still retains a spacious feeling with generously proportioned furniture. We organized the suite to function as a living, dining, office, kitchen, and bedroom with a master closet and on suite. The on suite features a floating spa bath and the kitchen includes full size appliances, double basin sink and plenty of prep space.
design function
The basement is now a great place for our client to seek some quality alone time or entertain. Whether entering from the foyer at the foot of the stairs or her private glass panel entry door with flanking sidelights our client truly has her own getaway perfectly curated just for her.
